3. Bespoke and Made-to-Order Products

Many of our products are manufactured specifically to customer requirements.

This includes:

  • Custom-sized splashbacks
  • Personalised designs
  • Custom image uploads
  • Any product modified to customer specifications

As these items are bespoke, they are exempt from standard cancellation and return rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 once production has commenced.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all measurements, designs, and specifications submitted are correct before placing an order.

4. Pricing and Payment

We reserve the right to change pricing at any time.

Payment must be received in full before production or dispatch of goods.

We accept payment through the payment methods displayed during checkout.

  • Replacement products resulting from customer errors may be chargeable.
