Cancellations
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. If your order has not yet been dispatched, we will be able to cancel it and issue a full refund. However, if your order has already been dispatched, we will not be able to cancel it and you will need to follow our returns policy.
Please note that bespoke/custom products cannot be cancelled once the manufacturing process has begun. If you need to cancel a bespoke/custom order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible to discuss your options.
We reserve the right to cancel any order if we are unable to fulfil it for any reason. If we do cancel your order, we will notify you as soon as possible and issue a full refund.
